Heathrow Express – CCTV Control Centre

Heathrow Express came to us last year and asked us if we could provide them with some CCTV LCD Monitor as they were looking to update their old CCTV Control Center, as their current displays were becoming end of life. Heathrow Express is an airport rail link between London Heathrow Airport and Paddington that opened in 1998. To get from Paddington to Heathrow Airport by shuttle takes roughly 15 minutes, and was introduced as a quicker way to get to Heathrow Airport from London

We then got to work looking for some display solutions that would fit their application, budget and timescale. They needed something that could easily run all day and provided great image quality.

The displays we provided them were our ‘Ultravision 43-TB’ and they were to be used to monitor the station and the shuttles that transport passengers too the various different airport terminals. Our monitor was a 43″ display with a very thin bezel and high resolution panel. Heathrow Express were very happy with the build quality of the displays and the image quality that our monitor provided.
