Previous Repair’s

Optical Bonding Issue

We supplied some of our Rugged Vision N-Range monitors to a customer and they contacted us not long ago that they we’re having an issue with condensation between the glass and monitor screen. To fix this issue we had to optically bond the monitor to prevent condensation occurring in the future.

LCD Panel Replacement

We recently had a LCD Display used in a broadcast application with a damaged LCD Panel. The damage was caused by an impact on the screen which resulted in the glass under the polarizer to shatter. Click on the button below to read more about it.

Damaged AD Board

One of the most common repairs we do is a board failure, we had a customer complaining that his monitor wasn’t working properly so he sent it back and we discovered the cause was a blown AD board due to not using the correct power supply, we replaced the board and got it back to the customer the next day.
