The Kraft Heinz Company also known as Kraft Heinz is an American food company that was formed by the merger of Kraft Foods and Heinz. They produce a range of different products and produce high-quality and great tasting foods.
Along with the new name, Kraft Heinz wanted to modernise their production line. By upgrading the process control displays which were already in place. With a newer, more efficient system.
Flatvision were approached by Kraft Heinz as they required multiple PC LCD Monitor displays to help with their KPI system. which monitored the efficiency of the conveyors and processing. This system would then feed back the results to our monitors for management analysis on how many products have passed through, if there were any problems and how to deal with them if so.
Working in such a large industrious environment, we knew that the displays needed to withstand these conditions, and to be able to stand the test of time, so we had no hesitation in suggesting our ‘Rugged PPC 17T’, which we tailored to meet Kraft Heinz every need.
These panel PC’s were housed within a stainless steel enclosure and they were fully water/ dust proof. They were also touch-screen, which helped the workers navigate from one screen to the other. Kraft Heinz also requested that the panel PC’s were loaded with Intel Core 7, to match with the system they currently had.
Overall, Kraft Heinz had the modernisation that they were looking for, they had great panel PC’s to help them find and fix any problems, and Flatvision were more than happy to help them achieve this!
