Previous Repair’s

Optical Bonding Issue

We supplied some of our Rugged Vision N-Range monitors to a customer and they contacted us not long ago that they we’re having an issue with condensation between the glass and monitor screen. To fix this issue we had to optically bond the monitor to prevent condensation occurring in the future.

LCD Panel Replacement

We had a monitor come back to us with a faulty LCD panel, it appeared that the panel was damaged due to general wear and tear and just needed to be replaced, we were able to easily replace the panel and get it sent back to our customer’s within a matter of days.

Damaged AD Board

One of the most common repairs we do is a board failure, we had a customer complaining that his monitor wasn’t working properly so he sent it back and we discovered the cause was a blown AD board due to not using the correct power supply, we replaced the board and got it back to the customer the next day.

If your monitor needs to be sent back and is within warranty we will repair it free of charge, unfortunately if it inst within the warranty period we will charge a fixed £95 bench fee and for any parts required.
